3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

4. Orders & Shipping Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Jin Shin Jyutsu NZ reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Shipping times are estimates only and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Events, Workshops & Training Registration for events, workshops, and training programmes is subject to our Tuition & Refund Policy. By registering, you confirm that you meet any stated prerequisites and agree to the specific terms of that programme. Jin Shin Jyutsu NZ reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events. In the event of a cancellation by us, a full refund will be provided.
