Thank you for shopping with Jin Shin Jyutsu NZ. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification when your order has been dispatched.
2. Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

We recommend selecting tracked shipping so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. Jin Shin Jyutsu NZ is not responsible for untracked parcels that are lost in transit.
3. International Shipping We ship internationally to a wide range of countries. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Please note that international delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or local postal conditions.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees charged by your country's customs authority are the responsibility of the customer. Jin Shin Jyutsu NZ has no control over these charges and is unable to predict their cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
5. Tracking Your Order Where a tracked service is selected, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.
6. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Jin Shin Jyutsu NZ is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realise you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at hello@jinshinjyutsunz.com and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
If your tracked parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, please first check with neighbours and your local post office. If it still cannot be located, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Jin Shin Jyutsu NZ is not liable for parcels lost in transit where an untracked shipping option was selected.
8. Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items Occasionally, items may be temporarily out of stock or available for pre-order. Estimated dispatch dates will be noted on the product page. If there is a significant delay to your order, we will notify you by email.
9. Digital Products & Event Registrations Digital downloads and event or workshop registrations are not physical goods and therefore do not require shipping. Access details will be provided via email upon purchase.
