Tuition & Refund Policies

Should a student need to cancel 30 or more days prior to the class, a deposit or payment in full is refundable, minus the transaction fee. 

If a student cancels less than 30 days prior to the class, there is a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee or non-refundable deposit fee.

If a student cancels less than 48 hours prior to the class or once the class has started, the cancellation fee is 100% of the class tuition.

Should the course be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, all class tuition paid will be refunded in full.

We will not be responsible for any travel expenses – air ticket, hotel, etc. – paid by the registrant. We highly recommend that students purchase travel insurance to protect their investment in case of cancellation.

For these designated in-person classes: Mentoring, Now Know Myself, Expanded 5-day Basic Seminar (5x3), Expanded STC: No refunds shall be returned to the student if the request is made less than 60 days prior to class.

There are no refunds for online classes since students have access to the class recording.
