Returns & Refund Policy
Returns We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving them, provided they are in their original, unused condition and original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@jinshinjyutsunz.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping is at the customer's own cost. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Jin Shin Jyutsu NZ is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Digital downloads or online course materials
- Event or workshop registrations (please refer to our Tuition & Refund Policy for training-related purchases)
- Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
