How a Study Group Flows

A Study Group is such a lovely chance to:

  • Dive in together
  • Learn more deeply
  • Connect with others on the same journey

Before the Study Group
In the weeks leading up to it, we choose a topic or Safety Energy Lock (SEL) to focus on and explore it in our own way.

That might look like:

  • Leafing back through your study notes
  • Revisiting Textbooks 1 & 2 or the Self‑Help Books
  • Pulling out class handouts
  • Drawing inspiration from the Health is in Your Hands cards

As you explore, you might notice little connections—
numbers, depths, flows, colours, planets, and which finger the SEL is located on.

Some people like to:

  • Practice the holds or flows connected to the topic
  • Jot down insights and experiences as they go

On the Day
This is where the magic happens.
We set aside around three hours, which includes:

  • An hour to learn and share what we’ve each discovered
  • A generous tea break for catching up
  • Hands‑on practice

Everyone is encouraged to bring their notes and questions—
the conversation often takes us deeper than expected.

Not prepared? No problem.
Just joining in is part of the learning.
As Mary says: all learning is remembering.

The hands-on practice is always a highlight
whether you’re giving or receiving,
there’s something powerful and nourishing
about feeling two or more pairs of hands working together,
helping you really tune in to the flow.
